As an STNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, assisting residents with activities of daily living, and supporting the healthcare team to enhance the quality of life for our residents. Requirements for State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) Active State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) certificate or in the process of scheduling/taking the state STNA exam Graduated from a CNA training program A passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care Strong teamwork and communication skills Key Duties Include: Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being. Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents. Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions. Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
