Develop communication rhythms and local office programming that keep employees informed, connected, and engaged with what’s happening across their workplaces. Partner with People, Recruiting, and Internal Events teams to support onboarding, programming, offsites, and employee experiences. Own hospitality standards, office amenities, food & beverage programs, and workplace services across locations. Anticipate organizational needs and proactively solve operational challenges before they impact employees. Vendor, Budget & Contract Management Negotiate and manage leases, renewals, and workplace vendor agreements in partnership with Finance and Legal. Own workplace and facilities budgets across multiple regions, balancing employee experience with operational efficiency. Track key contractual obligations, timelines, and capital projects to ensure compliance and strong execution. Evaluate opportunities to improve space utilization, reduce operational friction, and optimize spend. Team Leadership & Scalability Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing workplace team across multiple offices and geographies. Foster a culture of accountability, responsiveness, collaboration, and service excellence across the workplace function. Provide strong people leadership through coaching, performance management, prioritization, and team development. Establish scalable playbooks and processes for office launches, workplace operations, employee support, and crisis response. Create operational rigor through clear systems, documentation, service standards, and accountability. Serve as a trusted cross‑functional partner and leader during periods of rapid growth and organizational change. Commercially savvy and comfortable navigating real estate negotiations, vendor management, and budgeting. Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels — from long‑term planning to solving immediate workplace issues. Calm and decisive during high‑pressure or rapidly changing situations. Collaborative and relationship‑driven, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Excited by the opportunity to help shape the physical environments and employee experience of a rapidly growing creative technology company.
