Recycling Line Operator

We are hiring a Recycling Line Operator to support our warehouse team in Hazelwood, MO. The role includes operating machinery, troubleshooting minor equipment issues, and maintaining a clean workspace. This position requires moderate physical effort, including lifting up to 40 lbs., and the ability to work in both hot and cold conditions. Forklift experience is preferred, and basic computer skills are needed for documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition
• Must be familiar with the basic machine functions to report inefficiencies and problems
• Must be willing to accept and receive frequent supervision and assistance regarding tasks
• Moderate physical effort required
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Must be able to operate a forklift as part of duties
• Able to work with a computer
• Document production output
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisor
• Able to work in hot or cold conditions within a factory environment Operator Skills and

Qualifications:

• Must have good command of English, both written and spoken
• Must be able to use simple math and use basic hand tools

Education and Experience:

• Basic math skills
• Some forklift and related experience preferred
