Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef and Sous Chef in food preparation and cooking tasks.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards at your assigned station.
• Ensure all food items are prepared according to recipe specifications and presentation standards.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels for your station.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a restaurant kitchen or culinary role preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
