As a Line Cook, you'll play a crucial role in food preparation, working alongside our Chef and Sous Chef to create delicious dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef and Sous Chef in food preparation and cooking tasks.
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards at your assigned station.
- Ensure all food items are prepared according to recipe specifications and presentation standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for your station.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a restaurant kitchen or culinary role preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Schedule
Part-time hours with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
