What You Will Do (Responsibilities) Coach and train Inventory Associates – accuracy matters. Follow a clear, consistent workflow – playbook for success. Serve as primary point of contact for event-related concerns, support and execute directives from the Area or District Manager, drive operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement. Team Requirements (Qualifications) At least 18 years of age; must be 21 to be a qualified van driver. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong time management, customer service and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours. Physical ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts; lift up to 25 lbs. Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or counting tools. Strong focus and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency. Positive, team-oriented attitude. No degree needed; we welcome candidates returning to workforce, with military experience. Access to reliable transportation. Ready to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen if required. Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance or meeting WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required. Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, frequently squat, kneel, or crouch, use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., and occasionally travel by car or plane, including overnight stays.
