Inventory Control Specialist

Maintenance of physical inventory levels, coordinated with Buyer.

Complete all required ERP inventory transactions to support production.

Order pick, bag and tag all hardware and other materials to jobs per Job Requirements report to develop the "Hardware Kit"

Transact, store and maintain pre-braze work in process components in preparation for kitting of brazements

Serialize and Log pre-braze components to be forwarded to Braze Department for final processing.

Lead inventory reconciliation activities such as cycle counts and annual physical inventory.

Support the coordination of Shipping and Receiving activity.

Work closely with the Master Scheduler to manage logistics for product movement throughout the manufacturing process.

Develop daily progress status reports to Operations Manager

Work with department managers to address production issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.

Review work orders to ensure that all manufacturing processes are complete.
