Legal Intake and Records Specialist
6AM City, LLC
Job Duties Respond to contacts from potential clients to obtain information about cases. Onboard new clients to ensure smooth transition to case team. Obtain signatures on necessary documents to begin representation. Request and follow up on medical and billing records. Request and follow up on law enforcement records. Request and follow up on insurance records. Request public records under open records laws. Required Qualifications High School Diploma Experience with office/administrative employment. Familiarity with cloud-based computer software. Ability to problem solve and work independently. Desire and ability to function within a team environment. Ability to track and organize completion of multiple ongoing tasks simultaneously. Customer service skills. Desired Qualifications Experience in legal field, particularly in personal injury cases. Experience in medical field. Paralegal certificate. Bachelors degree Experience with personal injury law #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
