Assistant Project Manager

- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Assist with budget tracking and cost management to ensure projects remain within financial parameters.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
- Review construction documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Resolve project-related challenges promptly and effectively.
- Maintain thorough documentation of project activities and changes.
- General Knowledge of Building and Construction codes
The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- Knowledge of multifamily, woodframe, residential, and new construction projects.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- A degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
