Senior Business Transformation Analyst

Senior Business Process Analyst We're partnering with a global manufacturer seeking an experienced process improvement professional to drive operational excellence, business transformation, and data-driven decision-making across key business functions. This is not a traditional accounting, finance, or reporting role. The focus is on improving how work gets done through process redesign, root-cause analysis, automation, and cross-functional collaboration. What You'll Do Lead process improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Analyze KPIs, SLAs, workflow performance, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Partner with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, IT, and Data teams to improve business processes and system effectiveness. Drive automation and workflow optimization efforts that reduce manual work and improve service levels. Support organizational transformation and process standardization initiatives. Collaborate with global stakeholders on process improvement projects. Develop reporting and insights that help leadership make better operational decisions. What We're Looking For Experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Business Process Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Transformation. Strong root-cause analysis and process redesign experience. Experience working with KPIs, SLAs, operational metrics, and performance reporting. ERP experience (SAP preferred). Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business improvements. Experience leading cross‑functional projects and influencing stakeholders.
