Interview & Selection Process: Coordinate and optimize the interview process, ensuring an efficient and seamless candidate experience. Market Research & Trends: Stay up to date with global hiring trends in the creative industry, leveraging insights to refine recruitment strategies. Data-Driven Hiring Decisions: Use recruitment metrics and analytics to improve hiring efficiency, time-to-fill, and candidate quality. Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain engagement with past and prospective candidates, building a talent pool for future hiring needs. Requirements Experience: Minimum of 3 years in talent acquisition Recruitment Expertise: Proven track record in sourcing and hiring creative professionals across multiple regions. Global Perspective: Experience working with international talent pools, understanding different hiring markets, and cultural hiring nuances. Technology Proficiency: Strong command of ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job posting tools for effective hiring. Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage, negotiate, and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously while ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus. Adaptability & Proactiveness: A self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
