Job Overview The Fountains at Hosanna is conveniently located in Lakeville adjacent to Hosanna Church. We are less than a mile from Highway I-35 and near County 77. The Fountains offers seniors 92 Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care apartments. The Fountains and their exceptional staff are known for creating a warm, friendly, fun community. Week 1: Wed 4pm-7pm Week 2: Sat 4pm-7pm This position is responsible for dining room and to go meal service to residents. Responsibilities Serves meals and ensures that the dining area is clean and inviting: Follows meal serving schedule and procedures. Offers resident meal choices and meets resident’s specific dietary needs. Uses proper safety and sanitation techniques. Follows dining room cleaning schedule and procedures. Follow proper procedures for dining room set-up. Follows proper work flow to stay on task. Learns and becomes proficient with EMenu System and restaurant style service. Ensures all dishes (including flatware, drinkware, etc.) are washed, sanitized, and put away before end of shift. Promotes and encourages positive resident relations and satisfaction: Welcomes residents and initiates conversation. Accommodates resident requests such as requests for food substitution, change in seating, etc. Listens to any complaints and responds appropriately. Refers issues to Executive Director and Culinary Director as appropriate.
