Oneida ESC Group has an immediate opening for an Accounting Assistant in Milwaukee, WI on a Hybrid Schedule. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process client invoices for different contract types. Apply cash receipts to customer accounts and ensure accurate posting. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with clients on outstanding balances. Maintain organized billing and collection records. Support other finance-related tasks as needed, including data entry and reporting. Requirements Qualifications Education: Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required). Experience: 0–2 years in accounting or billing preferred; experience in government contracts a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel.
