What You’ll Need:
- Current, active OT license in good standing
- Updated resume reflecting school-based OT experience
- Strong background (including years) working as an OT in educational settings
- Prior experience supporting students with autism and behavioral/behavioral health needs
- Reliable transportation and readiness to manage daily commute
- Ability to successfully pass drug screen and background/fingerprinting clearances
- Full-time availability (37.5 hours/week); no part-time or split schedule
- Prompt, professional communication for absences or scheduling changes
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students with a range of abilities and needs
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to develop and implement IEPs
- Assess, plan, and document progress, adapting interventions as necessary
- Engage and motivate students through evidence-based OT interventions
- Maintain clear records and communicate proactively with school personnel
