Sloane's Tavern Bartender - part-time/seasonal

The role is part‑time, seasonal bartender for Sloane’s Tavern. You will keep the restaurant functioning while producing guest beverages, taking and filling to‑go orders, serving guests at the bar and in the dining room, and processing golf cart orders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Greet all guests as they enter the Tavern. Set up bar for each service with product, glassware, garnishes, etc. and maintain through service. Keep bar area tidy—walk out from behind the bar to straighten chairs, sanitize tables, straighten cushions, and sweep the floors. Build cocktails consistently according to the training aids provided by leadership. Entertain guests at the bar while making drinks for the dining room during dinner service. Take to‑go orders via phone and in person. Process payments for all golf cart to‑go orders. Provide exemplary service to guests at the bar and at any assigned table in the dining room. Restock the outlet with any product that was heavily used or depleted at the end of service so the next team of colleagues is set up for success. Be mindful of how much alcohol the guests have consumed and be prepared to stop serving someone if necessary. Sanitize after every guest uses the bar or tables in the lounge. Run drinks to tables in the dining room if servers are busy and bartenders have downtime.
