• Solve problems quickly by handling booking issues or travel challenges with proactive solutions

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
• Must be 18+ with a smartphone or computer
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
