Medical Assistant

Our Primary Care practice is located at 65 Calef Highway, Suite 200 Lee, NH 0386. We offer personal and compassionate care to help individuals and families achieve their best health. We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Medical Assistant to work onsite at our Lee location. During the initial 3090 day training period, the schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM5:00 PM. Once training is complete, the position will transition to four 10-hour shifts, Tuesday through Friday, 7:00 AM5:30 PM. This role will work closely in a 1:1 capacity with the provider while also collaborating with a team of five additional Medical Assistants in the office. We are ideally seeking candidates with primary care experience and candidates with direct patient care experience are encouraged to apply. While experience is highly preferred, we are primarily looking for someone with a positive personality, strong interpersonal skills, and a patient-centered approach.

The role supports healthcare teams by assisting with both clinical and non-clinical patient services under the direction of healthcare providers. Key responsibilities include taking vital signs, documenting patient information, scheduling appointments, and managing patient flow. This role involves direct interaction with patients to ensure their comfort and address concerns, as well as collaboration with physicians, nurse practitioners, and nursing staff to facilitate efficient care.

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Associate's Degree Medical Assisting preferred.

Licenses and Credentials: Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] preferred. Certified Medical Assistant [National Certification] preferred.

Experience: Direct MA experience or medical field work 1-2 years required.
