Occupational Therapist (OT) - Part-Time

Location: Raymore, MO
Facility: Foxwood Springs

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team at Foxwood Springs in Raymore, Missouri.

This part-time Occupational Therapist opportunity is ideal for a clinician who enjoys providing meaningful, patient-centered care in a supportive senior living community. You’ll help residents improve independence, participate in daily activities, and enhance their quality of life while working alongside a collaborative rehabilitation team.

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to improve functional independence and quality of life.
• Address activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, coordination, strength, cognition, and safety awareness.
• Collaborate with residents, families, caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation according to company, state, and federal guidelines.
• Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, safety strategies, and adaptive equipment.
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based occupational therapy services.

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Missouri Occupational Therapist (OT) license required.
• Skilled nursing, senior living, or rehabilitation experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
