Join a healthcare support team assisting patients, providers, and caregivers with benefits, claims, authorizations, billing, and coverage needs.

Responsibilities:

• Benefits verification & coordination of benefits
• Claims assistance, tracking & submission
• Prior authorization assistance
• Billing/coding support
• Appeals & denials
• Alternate coverage research
• Patient/provider calls and follow-up
• Payer research and reimbursement issue resolution
• Accurate documentation and HIPAA/confidentiality

Requirements:

• 4+ years related experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience
• Healthcare/medical billing/claims/customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume queue environment
• Own computer with Windows 11 required
• Reliable internet required
