Electronics Assembler – 2nd & 3rd Shift Location: Telford, TN Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay:$19.00 PLUS shift premium per shift Job Summary We are currently hiring Electronics Assemblers for 2nd and 3rd shift in Telford, TN. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term employment and growth. The Electronics Assembler will be responsible for assembling electronic components and products while following detailed work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures. Responsibilities Assemble electronic components and products according to work instructions and specifications Install, connect, and secure small electronic parts and components Use basic hand tools and assembly equipment as required Read and follow diagrams, work instructions, and visual aids Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy Identify defects or issues and report them to the appropriate supervisor Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all ESD (electrostatic discharge) procedures and company safety requirements Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining attention to detail Work effectively as part of a team and assist with other production duties as needed Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, or electronics assembly experience is preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work with small components Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn new processes and procedures Requirements ESD shoes are required Must be willing to complete a criminal background check Must be willing to complete a pre-employment drug screen Must be able to work the assigned shift Why Apply?
