Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team! As the Manager, you will oversee daily operations of the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth service, high standards of food safety, and outstanding customer satisfaction. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. Your leadership will inspire staff, streamline processes, and uphold the restaurant’s reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support personnel to ensure efficient service delivery.

Oversee customer service standards, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.

Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels for busy periods while controlling labor costs.

Train new team members and provide ongoing development opportunities to promote skill growth and team cohesion.

Monitor food handling procedures and ensure compliance with food safety regulations

Using Toast POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.

Conduct inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels of supplies, beverages, and restaurant essentials.

Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED

Previous restaurant management experience

Proven experience in quick service or fast paced restaurant.

Demonstrated supervisory experience with skills in team management, training & development, and leadership

Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure

Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage staff effectively through managerial communication techniques

Strong problem-solving skills
