Physical Therapist (PT) - 13 Week Contract

This is a 13-week contract position with 38 guaranteed hours per week.

Days shift available.

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional clinical skills and the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans. As a PT, you will work collaboratively with patients to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patient mobility and quality of life.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required. Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
