Pay Rate:

$65/hr to $70/hr
Overtime: After 40 hours/week at +$10/hour
Holiday Rate: +$10/hour
No on-call requirements

Job Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract at Eastern Montana Veterans Home. This role involves providing high-quality rehabilitative care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long-Term Care (LTC) setting, focusing on improving patient mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to restore function and mobility
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Requirements:

Active Montana Physical Therapist license (required)
Minimum 1 year of PT experience
Experience in SNF or LTC settings preferred
