Senior Project Manager — Highway / Transportation Engineering (Connecticut) A highly respected engineering consulting firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager — Highway Engineer to lead major transportation and roadway projects across Connecticut. This leadership role offers the opportunity to manage high-profile infrastructure work for state and municipal clients while mentoring a growing team. Responsibilities Manage planning, design, and delivery of highway and roadway projects ️ Serve as Project Manager on state DOT and municipal transportation assignments Oversee scope, schedule, budget, and quality control Direct geometric design, drainage, traffic coordination, and construction plan development Supervise and mentor engineers and technical staff Coordinate with clients, agencies, and stakeholders Support proposals, business development, and client relationship management Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering PE license required (CT preferred or ability to obtain) 10+ years of highway/transportation engineering experience Demonstrated project management experience on DOT projects Strong knowledge of roadway design standards and permitting Proven leadership and communication skills Preferred Experience Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) project experience highly desired ⭐ Experience with complex corridor or interchange projects Familiarity with MicroStation, OpenRoads, or similar roadway design software Competitive salary commensurate with experience Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. 1001 Conshohocken State Rd, Ste 2-410 #J-18808-Ljbffr Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.
