You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, assist shoppers and staff with exceptional customer service, and communicate concerns clearly. Pay Rate: $21.28 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and retail staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the luxury retail location, including sales areas, stockrooms, entrances, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for unusual conditions, reporting concerns promptly according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports while presenting a professional appearance and representing Allied Universal with discretion.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
