Security Guard Position
Secure Source International is a rapidly growing leader in security solutions, committed to protecting client assets through innovation, accountability, and excellence. We are currently seeking detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated security guards to join our guards team.
This is a performance-based position with clear expectations and structured workflows. We're looking for individuals who take pride in doing meaningful work, stay alert and focused during long shifts, and value consistency, teamwork, and accountability. If you're hungry to grow, humble in your approach, and smart in how you work and communicate we want to hear from you.
As part of our hiring process, candidates are subject to pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Pay Rate: $15 & $16.50 if working patrol site for use of your own vehicle
MUST BE ABLE TO:
- WORK WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS
- HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE
Start Date: ASAP
JOB DUTIES:
- Secure site foot and vehicle access through established key access points
- Keep & maintain detailed logs of all activity
- Report all events and accurately record them on provided materials
- Accurately communicate to customers, workers, clients and police officers as required in a professional manner
- Perform security foot patrols as assigned and properly log all activities and events
- Be able to work as a team with other security professionals both within and outside the company
- On site video surveillance
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a Nevada PILB Guard Security License
- Must be able to conduct oneself in a professional and respectful manner in both conversation and appearance
- Must be willing to work all holidays
- Must be willing to adhere to the company's uniform standards
- Must have reliable transportation and excellent time management
- Must be able to work weekends
