Diagnose and treat acute and chronic wounds. Develop and implement individualized care plans. Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention. Maintain accurate and timely patient records. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Requirements Current Nurse Practitioner license in California. Master's degree in Nursing or related field. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach. Proficiency in electronic health record systems. Commitment to continuing education and professional growth.
