The Opportunity We're searching for a self-driven Real Estate Agent to join our ever-expanding team! The perfect candidate is an experienced salesperson who loves a fast-paced work atmosphere. You are passionate about success, have a powerful work ethic, and are willing to put in the effort. You will be given a regular flow of leads, including landlords and tenants who need to purchase a home or property, and property owners who need to list properties that we currently have under management. As a comprehensive residential Real Estate and Property Management company with more than 3000 properties under management, we have the ability to offer you quick payment with multiple lease listings monthly as well as listing presentation opportunities with our Business Development Team. Average annual earning potential: $100,000 - $400,000+ What You'll Do Build, grow, and maintain client relationships Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with high autonomy Ensure the property portfolio is rented to the fullest capacity Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents Create and update a Property Activity Log for each vacant property Confirm all leases and corresponding paperwork are completed accurately and on time Ensure current resident files are properly maintained 20+ phone calls per day Working weekends required What Qualifies You Texas real estate license required Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite Intermediate use of SuiteCRM, Propertyware, ZipForms, and MLS What Sets You Apart Excellent customer service skills with an ability to anticipate the needs of the client Strong ability to collect, organize, and communicate Professional verbal and written communication skills Highly self-motivated and willing to put forth extra effort consistently We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
