Leverage your expertise to achieve strategic growth objectives.Job DescriptionOverviewManage strategic accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Develop and implement account strategies to meet revenue and growth objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.Analyze market trends and client needs to identify growth opportunities.Maintain detailed records of account activities and performance metrics.Provide regular updates to leadership on account progress and challenges.Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Key Responsibilities & DutiesDevelop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in strategic accounts.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.Monitor account performance and implement corrective actions as needed.Prepare and present account reviews and performance reports.Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Lead negotiations and contract renewals with strategic accounts.Ensure alignment of account activities with company goals.Provide mentorship to junior account management staff.Job RequirementsBachelor of Arts (BA) degree or equivalent required.Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management; 5 years preferred.Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and achieving revenue targets.Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.Experience with CRM software and account management tools.
