Senior Director of Engineering

Leading a cross-functional team, the full-time Senior Director of Engineering will manage the internal deployment of AI infrastructure, build agentic workflows across various business units, and enable non-engineers to create their own AI solutions in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own and develop the internal AI deployment infrastructure for scalable workflow building Directly create agentic workflows to automate high-friction tasks across multiple departments Collaborate with business stakeholders to define success metrics and ensure responsible AI adoption Required qualifications Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management Strong technical background with a history of building and shipping software Experience in developing and deploying agentic systems Ability to effectively communicate between technical and non-technical stakeholders Demonstrated bias toward action and iterative problem-solving
