Farmers Insurance is expanding! A consistently highly-performing California agent is seeking a results-driven, team-oriented Sales Producer who thrives on goals, accountability, and results. You will receive coaching, training, and support to achieve success! You will be trained in all aspects of insurance sales from lead prospecting, quoting, and management through selling, persuading, closing, onboarding and continued customer relationship management. Your earning potential is directly tied to your performance. Earning Potential Entry-Level candidates start at a $40,000 base salary and generally make up to $10,000 in commission during their first year, bringing total compensation to $50,000. (Note: commission number is not capped.) Experienced candidates start at a $60,000 base salary and make up to $15,000 in commission on average, bringing total compensation to $75,000.
