Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or actively working toward CFY
- Experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to elementary students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans targeting students’ communication needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, meeting all compliance requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation of individualized education plans
