Complaint Laboratory Analyst - Columbus, OH
$24.65 - $49.25 per hourAbbott
Abbott seeks a Complaint Laboratory Analyst for its Columbus, Ohio nutrition division. The role involves investigating returned product complaints, performing laboratory testing, documenting findings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and good laboratory practices.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical testing on returned customer complaint samples
- Document laboratory findings in quality management systems
- Escalate potential risks to management when appropriate
- Support cross-functional complaint investigation and evaluation activities
- Provide expertise during internal and external audits and regulatory inspections
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years laboratory work experience
- Technical testing and documentation skills
- Knowledge of quality management systems
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Compensation: $24.65–$49.25/hour
