We’re seeking an energetic, self-motivated Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in Westerville, Ohio . If you enjoy helping people, take pride in your attention to detail, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
Provide excellent service by responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
Quote and write personal lines policies
Assist clients with policy changes and updates
Support customers during the claims process
Process payments and documentation accurately
Note: An active Ohio Property & Casualty license is required for this position.
