Mental Health Sales Executive

As a full-time Remote Regional Vice President, Mind, the successful candidate will build and close new employer opportunities for Sword Mind, focusing on creating demand, managing a disciplined sales playbook, and collaborating with existing sales teams to present a unified message to stakeholders. Key responsibilities Hunt for new Sword Mind opportunities across various channels, focusing on mental health RFPs and strategic buying moments Build and execute a repeatable sales playbook that includes account targeting, consultant mapping, and competitive positioning Generate a significant Mind-specific pipeline while collaborating with the Employer Sales team to expand current conversations and strengthen partnerships Required qualifications Proven ability to create new pipeline and activate networks within mental health or behavioral health sectors Experience selling to self-insured employers, consultants, brokers, or health plans Strong understanding of the mental health vendor landscape and employer evaluation criteria for behavioral health solutions Excellent executive-level communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly to employers Ability to collaborate effectively with various internal teams without creating market confusion
