Desktop Support Engineer - Private Growth Equity Firm - $100,000 You're the face of IT for one of the most high-profile financial services environments in the market. You'll be the primary IT support presence for a leading growth equity firm, backing businesses at the intersection of financial services and technology. The people you're supporting are senior investment professionals and executives, so the bar is high and the work is genuinely interesting. Day to day you'll be handling deskside support, device deployments, AV and meeting room technology, and picking up local infrastructure and escalations. You're working within a managed services setup, partnering closely with the client's own central IT team, but on the ground you're operating independently. There's no one looking over your shoulder at a local level, which means you need to be confident, composed and capable of owning the room. You'll have the backing of a named service delivery manager and a wider technical community behind you, plus the chance to build experience across multiple office environments over time.
