Your Mission in This Role

• Conducting thorough patient assessments, coordinating diagnostic tests, and developing tailored care plans
• Independently diagnosing and treating acute, episodic, or chronic conditions, working alongside physicians as needed
• Guiding patients and their families with knowledge on prevention, wellness, and chronic illness management
• Prescribing medications and therapies within your scope of practice
• Engaging in patient follow-ups and orchestrating chronic care strategies
• Collaborating seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, holistic care
• Accurately documenting patient information in electronic medical records (EMR)

Educational Credentials Required

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Certifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Tennessee
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or a specialty equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
