Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for leading the team, managing payroll within budget, hiring and developing employees, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and ensuring the store operates efficiently and profitably.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations to ensure a clean, organized, and productive environment.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop store staff.
• Create and manage employee schedules based on business needs.
• Manage payroll while staying within budget.
• Supervise cashiers and sales associates, ensuring outstanding customer service is consistently provided.
• Oversee cash handling procedures, including balancing cash registers and preparing deposits.
• Monitor merchandising standards and maintain attractive product displays.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
• Motivate and lead the team to achieve sales goals and operational objectives.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing payroll budgets and employee scheduling.
• Hiring, training, and performance management experience.
• Knowledge of cash handling and register balancing procedures.
• Strong merchandising and visual presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
