To support a rapidly scaling AI safety and research company, the freelance SOX Admin Specialist will provide calendar management and administrative support to multiple function leads while leveraging AI tools for efficiency in a fully remote role. Key responsibilities Manage and coordinate calendars for multiple function leads, prioritizing scheduling based on business needs Build and maintain reliable systems for tracking meeting requests and action items across multiple leads Support light administrative tasks related to SOX compliance processes, including documentation tracking and record maintenance Required qualifications 5+ years of SOX administrative experience with a proven ability to manage multiple schedules in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency Strong adaptability to shifting priorities and processes Excellent attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with senior stakeholders
