Always ensuring that the Standards of Excellence, as determined by Flik Associates and the client are met.Position assists with record keeping, maintains sanitation standards, assists team members on the floor during peak meal periods and supervises conference services events, bars, and meal periods where applicable. Responsibilities include ensuring guest and associate satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.
