Description:
The Stephens College Office of the Registrar is seeking a Federal Work Study eligible student to perform front desk duties, greeting and assisting visitors in a professional manner; managing phone calls and relaying messages accurately; answering student questions; accepting and reviewing forms from students; and registrar's mailbox. Student will need to prioritize tasks and troubleshoot minor problems in office processes or document handling.
Must be able to comply with policy of ABSOLUTE CONFIDENTIALITY in working with students records, and always maintain compliance with FERPA. Familiarity with Microsoft office and Outlook is a plus. Work must be neat and accurate; must be able to follow directions; must be reliable.
