Job Description
As a Security Officer - Corporate Mobile in Boca Raton FL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents and support access control functions. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license. What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants visitors and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents alarms maintenance concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting conditions to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings parking areas and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points lobbies loading areas and common spaces assisting with visitor directions tenant inquiries and reporting of policy violations and/or suspicious activity.
- Complete routine reports incident documentation and shift activity logs communicating clearly with tenants visitors property staff and/or emergency services when appropriate.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Guard card is required.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
