Aspire Health Alliance has been designated as a Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) , which is part of a new state initiative designed to provide accessible and equitable mental health care to children, families, and adults. We are looking for passionate Outpatient Clinicians with experience working with adults and youth. The CBH Clinician provides comprehensive and integrated client‑centered care using evidence‑based practices that are delivered by both in‑person and telehealth modalities. This clinician collaborates with key partners involved in the client’s care including other Aspire CBHC team members, behavioral health professionals, medical staff, and social services. In addition, the Clinician works to develop innovative approaches to behavioral health by engaging clients, families, and providers in care planning and coordination; decreasing fragmentation of the care for the client; creating a model for increasing access to services; and ensuring care is provided in the best and least acute setting for the clients. Responsibilities Provide evidence‑based therapeutic services to adults and youth in both in‑person and telehealth modalities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and external providers to coordinate care. Develop individualized care plans, assess risk, and balance in‑person and telehealth services. Engage clients, families, and providers in care planning and coordination to reduce fragmentation and improve access. Requirements Master’s in Social Work, counseling, or a closely related field Clinical license preferred Strong therapy skills Family therapy skills Experience providing telehealth services to clients Expertise in assessing client risk and determining optimal mix of in‑person and telehealth services Compensation Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full‑time, 40‑hour per week position.
