Your Impact and Growth

• Orchestrate seamless office operations and coordinate complex calendars to empower a leadership team of approximately 10 individuals.
• Facilitate highly productive meetings by managing comprehensive logistics, coordinating catering, and distributing actionable summaries.
• Expand your technical capabilities by providing critical backup support for time and expense management within our UKG system.
• Engage directly with our core operations through occasional, active presence (approximately 10%) on the plant floor.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years (ideally 5-7 years) of proven administrative experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to drive daily efficiency.
• Hands-on experience navigating SAP, Workday, and UKG systems.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively support office staff and coordinate vital logistics.
• Comfort and readiness to navigate an active power plant environment safely.
