Payroll Processing Associate

Payroll Processing Associate$18.00-$18.78/hourMonday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM12-month ContractWe are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Processing Associate to support payroll operations in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided on internal payroll systems.ResponsibilitiesProcess payroll transactions and manual check requests.Maintain confidentiality while handling payroll information.Work within Time & Labor and other internal systems.Research and resolve payroll-related issues.Process payroll for union and non-union employees (training provided).QualificationsStrong verbal and written communication skills.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access for data entry).Accurate keyboarding and 10-key skills.Payroll experience is preferred but not required.Dependable, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Additional InformationOvertime may be required based on business needs.Occasional weekend and holiday work may be required with advance notice.Schedule may vary depending on workload.Benefits (Employee Contribution)Health insuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)Dental insuranceVision insuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Life insuranceRetirement planAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
