Within this organization, the Business Development and Compensation Technology team supports platforms that sit at the center of the firm’s business development and incentive operating model, partnering across functions to deliver scalable, well-controlled systems aligned with evolving business and reporting needs.What You'll DoBuild, test, and deploy production-grade AI solutions using generative AI approaches, including LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, prompt optimization, and agentic workflowsHelp redesign how business development activity is modeled, processed, controlled, and reported across the firmShape AI-first systems architecture across multiple platforms that support business development and incentive workflowsDesign and implement evaluation frameworks to measure solution quality, robustness, reliability, and business impactPartner closely with product managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, production-ready solutionsContribute to real-time and batch data pipelines, while supporting monitoring, logging, metrics, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop review processesWork across regions and departments to understand business workflows, contractual documents, and unstructured data in order to design effective AI solutionsPerform data cleansing, data engineering, and pipeline development needed to make AI solutions reliable, scalable, and production-readyWhat You Bring5+ years of data engineering experience, including 1 to 2 years of hands-on AI experienceExperience building production-grade GenAI solutions at enterprise scale, including work with MCPs, agent architectures, and RAG; exposure to GraphRAG is a plusStrong hands-on experience with Python, AWS, Bedrock, LLMs, RAG, and agentic AIFamiliarity with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, Pydantic, or similar tools is highly desirableExperience evolving traditional RAG architectures into more advanced agentic AI workflowsStrong understanding of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, conversational AI platforms, and modern AI-powered user experiencesAbility to design, optimize, and evolve large-scale conversational AI platforms with strong standards for code quality, documentation, and maintainabilityBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related fieldSalary RangeMillennium offers a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits. The estimated base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $250,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future.
