Intake Call Center - Behavioral Health

Overview Department: Behavioral Health - Call Center (High Volume) Schedule: Per Diem, Days, 7:00 am to 7:30 pm (Must work 4 shifts per month) Facility: Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital Location: 2233 W. Division St. Chicago, IL Responsibilities Answers inquiry calls from all persons with regard to information about hospital services and programs. Facilitates the admissions, also verifies insurance information and performs all registration duties. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Associate’s Degree in Human Services field preferred.
2. Two (2) years’ experience working with psychiatric population preferred.
3. Three (3) years’ experience in customer service required.
