Job Details

We're looking for an HR Coordinator / Executive Assistant to join the Human Resources team of an established consumer technology company.

This is a unique blended position for someone who has a strong administrative foundation but wants to continue building their HR career.

You'll provide administrative and executive support to HR leadership while also getting hands-on exposure to onboarding, recruiting, HR systems, employee documentation, projects and broader people operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional and trustworthy, but also naturally curious and tech savvy. We're particularly interested in someone who enjoys finding better ways to work and is excited about how AI and technology can improve HR processes and administrative efficiency.
What You'll Do

• Provide administrative and executive support to HR leadership
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, documentation, correspondence and follow-up
• Support employee onboarding and related administrative processes
• Assist with recruiting coordination, interview scheduling and candidate communication
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the interview process
• Maintain employee documentation and confidential HR information
• Learn and utilize HR systems and other business platforms
• Support HR projects and employee-related initiatives
• Help organize and improve HR processes and workflows
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology and AI to improve efficiency
• Assist with reporting, documentation and departmental organization
• Take on additional HR responsibilities as experience and knowledge grow

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 3-4 years of relevant HR administrative, HR coordination or executive support experience
• Some hands-on exposure to HR operations such as onboarding, HR systems, employee documentation or recruiting
• Comfortable with a blended role that includes both HR and executive/administrative support
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Genuine interest in AI, automation and process improvement
• Curious, proactive and eager to continue learning
• Manufacturing experience is a plus
• Comfortable working onsite five days per week
