About the Position

A health care district in Southern California's Imperial County is adding a full-time BC/BE Pediatrician to join their team.

Position Specifics

• Outpatient clinic, newborn rounding, inpatient consults, and possible delivery attendance
• Option for a 4 or 5-day work week
• Shared call coverage
• Equipped with EMR

Compensation / Benefits Package

• Independent Contractor / 1099
• 2-year salary guarantee of $275k with bonus potential
• Sign-on bonus, relocation allowance, 4 weeks PTO, 1 week for CME and $3k,
• No visa support
