Resident Assistant (Caregiver) Schedule Details Part‑time AM shift (6 am‑2 pm) available Part‑time or Full‑time PM shift 4 or 8 hour shifts available Includes every other weekend and every other holiday Responsibilities Assist residents with personal cares, medication administration, meals, activities, housekeeping, and general supervision Provide a safe, comfortable, and home‑like environment Make a difference in people’s lives On‑the‑job, paid training to become a caregiver (resident assistant) includes: Standard precautions Medication administration and management CBRF fire safety First aid and choking Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Must be at least 18 years of age Health & Wellness Benefits Choose your own health insurance – our benefit design offers the flexibility to choose the plan that works best for you and your family!
