Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will elicit, document, and track requirements for changes to business processes, policies, information, and information systems to address intermediate-level business problems. The role involves developing and eliciting requirements for departmental and some corporate projects, preparing business and functional requirements, and collaborating with project teams to maintain requirements traceability. The analyst will support business readiness activities, develop new procedures, and design customer feedback mechanisms to gather ongoing information about business processes.
